This seminar explores the depths of the outer and inner yogas of the ‘White Crane Soft Qigong’. The ‘White Crane Soft Qigong’ is part of a bigger qigong system that consists of hard and soft elements. It is the foundation of what is known as ‘White Crane Boxing’, but can be practiced as a form of yoga on its own to relax more deeply, build up ones vitality, smoothes the flow of one’s life force and support spiritual development and realization.
The exercises presented are based on the work of Dr. Yang JwingMing’s Shaolin white crane qigong system. The way they will presented will express an integral understanding of qigong that incorporates insights, experiences and methodologies from other qigong systems, Tibetan Buddhism, martial arts and modern integral psychology.
During the weekend one will learn a set of white crane soft qigong exercises, its core principles, universal principles of yogic and meditative practice in general and more.
The seminar is open to anyone who is interested and willing to go for an inner adventure, together with others. In addition it is likely to be a seminar that is inspiring for qigong, yoga, taijiquan, dance and martial arts students and teachers.White Crane Qigong Seminar December 2010
